What are the requirements to join OQN as a student?

You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone, a headset with a microphone, and at least 30 minutes of availability each day for classes.

Can I get a free trial class?

Yes, your first class is a FREE trial class.

What if I’m unsure about the course that I need?

In your trial class, instructor will take a placement test that helps determine your proficiency level. This will guide you in selecting the right course for your needs

About Classes

What if I miss my scheduled trial class?

If you miss your trial class, please contact support to reschedule. Please note that you can only reschedule the trial class once.

What is the schedule and duration of classes?

Classes are held Monday to Friday at your preferred time. The duration of each class is half an hour.

What platform does OQN use for classes?

We conduct our 1-1 online classes via Skype, offering a smooth and interactive experience. The app can be installed on both laptops/PCs and phones. Features include session recording, screen sharing for enhanced learning, and a chatbox for sharing resources.

Are the classes recorded for later review?

You can record your class by tapping the RECORD button in the Skype app. Recorded sessions are available in the chatbox for 30 days.

Are classes one-on-one or group classes?

Our classes are one-on-one private classes focusing on just YOU! We believe this format is more effective for YOUR progress.

Can I choose the time for my classes?

Yes, your regular classes are sceduled at a time that suits you the best.

What if I need to change my class schedule?

If you need to change your class schedule, please notify our support team via email or WhatsApp.

Simply drop a message in your Skype class group. Your instructor will respond to your all queries.

What kind of assessments are used to measure progress?

We use online tests, quizzes, presentations, and homework assignments to track and evaluate your progress.

How can I maximize my learning during the course?

Be punctual in your classes, follow your instructor’s guidance, and stay engaged with the learning materials.

Our Policies

Attendance and Makeup Class Policy

Attendance Requirement:
Students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance to ensure steady progress, as regular attendance is essential for effective and accelerated learning.

Class Canceled By Us
If a class is canceled due to a technical issue or the instructor’s unavailability, a makeup class will be arranged for the upcoming weekend. The instructor will inform the student of the makeup schedule.

Student’s Leave
If a student needs to miss a class, the student should inform the instructor about his/her leave prior to the class time. The instructor will review their availability to determine if a makeup class can be arranged. No makeup class will be provided if notification is not given in advance.

Punctuality Requirement:
Students should join classes on time; arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be marked as absent and will not qualify for a makeup session.

Fees, Discount and Refund Policy

You can pay monthly. The fee is already profusely discounted, so no additional discounts are available. Refunds are only provided if the student has not attended the first regular class.

Academic Integrity and Conduct Policy

Students must maintain politeness, honesty, and punctuality. Sharing or asking for personal contact details is prohibited, and respectful conduct is expected at all times.

Certificate and Completion Policy

A certificate will be awarded upon course completion if the student passes the final assessment, which is usually conducted a week after the course ends.
